Dash Invoicing collects the following information when you use our app:
- Account information: Email address and password (authenticated via Firebase Auth)
- Business data: Invoices, estimates, clients, items, and purchase orders you create
- Device information: Device type and push notification token (for invoice open notifications)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Dash Invoicing service
- To send push notifications when clients view your invoices
- To generate and share PDF invoices and estimates
- To improve the app and diagnose errors (via Sentry)
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore) and is protected by Firebase Security Rules. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and hosting
- Sentry: Error monitoring (anonymised crash reports)
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: Push notifications
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the app, or by visiting our account deletion page.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, use the account settings in the app or contact us at the email below.
